These conditions apply to all purchases of products on the PIAM online store and all financial contributions made within our crowdfunding campaigns (Qprojects).
1. Product Sales and Orders
All orders placed on our store are subject to immediate confirmation via email. Due to the handcrafted and often handmade nature of our collections in traditional fabrics, slight variations in colors and patterns may exist, certifying the product's authenticity.
2. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
We ship locally and internationally. Delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on the destination and are displayed before cart validation. According to our policy, unworn items can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging for exchange or refund.
3. Funding Rules (Qprojects)
Contributions to project campaigns are firm commitments to support artisan creation. If a campaign does not reach its minimum funding goal by its deadline, contributors will be fully refunded, or the balance can be converted into purchase credits on the store, based on their choice.
