Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to the most common questions about the PIAM platform.
What is the PIAM platform?
PIAM is a hybrid ecosystem dedicated to fashion and creative initiatives in Africa. It combines an e-commerce shop selling high-end clothing and accessories (designed with authentic handcrafted textiles such as Faso Dan Fani, Kente, or Wax) and a crowdfunding module (Qprojects) to help designers and cooperatives finance their collections.
How does crowdfunding (Qprojects) work?
Project creators (designers, artisans, local tailors) detail their campaigns and funding goals on our platform. As a contributor, you can choose to support a project by making a donation of your choice. Once funding is complete, the project is launched, and local creators can produce and distribute their unique collections.
What payment methods are accepted on PIAM?
We support local and international payments for our customers. You can pay securely via FedaPay (Flooz, T-Money, credit cards), PayPal, or secure mobile wallets.
Where do the fabrics used in your products come from?
We partner directly with traditional weaver cooperatives and local artisans in several African countries (Togo, Burkina Faso, Ghana, etc.). This ensures authentic, eco-friendly materials that celebrate African textile heritage while providing fair wages to the artisans.
How can I track my clothing order?
As soon as your order is validated and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can also view the status of your delivery directly in your client account under the 'Orders' section.
